Wednesday, June 29, 2016 Supreme Court Ruling is Admissible Evidence of Police State The Police State, the Prison State, and the Court System Police abuse their power, the Court affirms their mistakes, and people end up behind bars.
On Monday, June 20, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that evidence police find during illegal stops is admissible in court. As long as the officer can find some outstanding warrant in your name, the court will excuse the officer’s illegal stop. The Supreme Court’s decision would be disappointing if you expected the Supreme Court to do anything other than serve itself.
Monday’s ruling seems to contradict Mapp v. Ohio, or at least seriously expands the definition of a legal search. In Mapp v. Ohio (1961), the Supreme Court ruled that all evidence obtained through illegal search and seizure in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution was inadmissible in court. In her scathing dissenting opinion, Justice Sotomayor wrote, “This case allows the police to stop you on the street, demand your identification, and check it for outstanding traffic warrants—even if you are doing nothing wrong.”
American schoolchildren are taught that the Supreme Court is the ultimate check on government power. When the other branches of government get out of hand, the Supreme Court – somehow free from perverse incentives and filled with good will – will step in for the common people. This fairytale designed to boost faith in government is overturned as the Supreme Court stands behind the prison state, yet again.
Should we be angry? Absolutely. Should we be shocked? Absolutely not. Americans should not feel reassured or secure by the final arbiter in the U.S. justice system. Americans are not safe from their government. The notion that the government will check its own power is misguided and naive. The Supreme Court is made up of former Solicitor Generals, Attorney Generals, and prosecutors. Regardless of lifetime tenure, their incentives are far from pure. Individuals appointed by and working for the government, with a lifetime of experience in service of the government, will often side with the government.
The scope of this ruling is not limited to some small subset of violent criminals. Millions of Americans have outstanding arrest warrants. That speeding ticket you forgot to pay is enough to excuse an officer that stops you illegally. Anything the officer finds is admissible in court, as long as they can find a valid (unrelated) warrant with your name on it. In a country where cops murder and get away with it, corruption charges rarely follow through, and the justice system runs rampant with racial (and other) discrimination, one of our few remaining defenses against police misconduct has just been whitewashed to the point of emptiness.
It’s not hard to imagine how this newfound police power will be abused. In the country that incarcerates more people per capita than anywhere else in the world, ahead of countries such as Turkmenistan, Cuba, and El Salvador, millions more wait to be thrown behind bars. The Supreme Court’s ruling expedites the process of putting people in cages by making it even easier for cops to search and arrest people without oversight. All it takes is an unpaid traffic ticket, and no probable cause is necessary for the police to search someone, using anything they find in court.
Police, rarely held accountable for misconduct, now have even less motivation to behave. Even if their stop is illegal and without cause, the evidence they find will work in their favor in court.
The Police State, the Prison State, and the Court System are all a part of the same twisted, monopolized justice system run with perverse incentives at the expense of its constituents. Police abuse their power, the Court affirms their mistakes, and people end up behind bars. Rather than express righteous shock at the recent Court’s decision, we should recognize the natural progression of the State and oppose it at its core. Power seeks power, but if more people understand the root of the problem, we can fight back.

Insurers love data. In an industry centered around calculating risk, often no stone goes upturned. It’s in an insurance company’s best interest to try and adequately price premiums for the services they offer, and that involves accurately modeling the risk factors for their customers. However, one piece of information some insurers collect has caused the public and legislators to begin questioning the practice: credit scores.
In the case of auto insurance, the FTC also found that credit scores were accurate in predicting the likelihood of an individual filing a claim. Yes, I filed a rain/wind damage claim one time in over ten years. Received $5000.00, not close to what I had to spend out of pocket for damages.
Mortgage insurance is one of the lines of insurance affected by credit scores. This is especially true in light of recent rate changes filed in the beginning of April. The Chicago Tribune reported that rates from a certain insurer on loans eligible for sale to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac , for a sample individual with a 660 FICO score, increased by 5%. At the same time, an individual seeking a similar loan with a credit score of 760 would see their premium go down by 7%. Therefore, in the case of mortgage insurance, some individuals with scores below the national average of 695 are seeing their price increase.
Home insurance. Most people may not think of a pool, trampoline, or tree-house as being dangerous, but to insurers they scream liability. If you buy a trampoline without consulting your home insurance company first, they may even choose to cancel your policy. Other things such as having exotic animals, or dangerous pets can also increase your homeowners premiums.
Individuals signing up for health insurance plans may be aware that “Are you a smoker?” is a question found on many forms. It may be obvious that smokers pay higher health insurance premiums, but what exactly is a smoker? Insurers have very strict rules as to the definition of what qualifies a user into that category. The Department of Health and Human Services defined tobacco use as the use of tobacco products an average of four or more times per week within a period no longer than 6 months. If you quit smoking during that period, you should therefore make sure you report that around the time your policy is up for renewal. If you don’t, insurers wills imply roll over previous details, and your premiums will remain elevated.
If you’re married, your auto insurance rates will be lower than if you were single. Insurers have determined that individuals who have tied the knot tend to be safer drivers, and therefore apply a discount on policies for these individuals. If you become divorced or a widowers, you will lose this discount and your rates will increase – something that has become known as the “widow penalty”.

After calling every insurer in the state of Arkansas, either home owners insurance is double what I use to pay of $100.00 a month to as high as $300.00 a month for even less coverage than I had before. Now, guess what has not increased is my auto insurance which is $120.00 a month for a Jetta 2013, 2.5 engine, yes a fast sports tpe car and no I never had it go the top speed of 160, but pretty close when wanting to speed at my old age of 69 years. Always loved speed and even at my age, I sometimes still do. Have a very good driving record by the way. Here in Arkansas especially in Rogers/Bentonville as the revenue collectors as I call them issue bad tickets all the time. Times are hard for this area as any other area and places like Little Flock, Arkansas is the only income for the city. After all there’s only a post office, court house for the bad cop’s giving out tickets daily. No, stores or gas stations. A lot of churches as well as a police station. A lot of small towns this way in Arkansas as I have learned. My fighting dirty, bad badge wearing thugs as I call them is and everyday issue especially blogging as I do daily on all the dirty thugs with badges are found all the time on a daily rate across these United states!
I ‘ve had attempts of stealing my property for false causes many times, and now another one that I am so close to wanting to sell and give up with all the threats that I have received over the past years by the Bentonville Sheriff’s department of Arkansas. Hell, even a sheriff finally caught, and still paid his full salary for his crimes even. Not to mention all the jailers and deputies also fired from sexual abuse a three year old girl to dealing drugs and drunk driving while on duty. Yes that is Arkansas. After all the Home of the Clinton’s, what would you expect.
I stated I would die here in this home after all I am doing many changes daily to increase the property value as well as my own comfort. But, while making improvements I am given things such as above notice in order to increase my rates to now not even getting required insurance. Meaning selling for less than I paid for not to mention all the money invested will be given away even if taxes are paid on time and always have been. What will happen I have no idea as I write this. Sometimes I want to fight then other times I say screw it and want to take what I can get and leave. Then I think of all those that I still help and have helped over the years. Homeless and down and out ex cons, drunks people just wanting a helping hand and I say if I run like a coward and live place to place then no longer able to help people that really in the need. As I type this I have two people that don’t pay any rent and on SSI. One person also on SSI, and two months behind in his rent, but he tries to assist and help as much as he can. Have a couple gay guys that are married or will be married to each other. Looking for a place of their own as one works at a government job and makes good money, just now getting to where there able to soon get their own place. Then a couple I charge or they give me a $100.00 or less a month for a place to say is home for and address as well as work.
Any suggestions as to how and where to find property insurance reasonable before too much longer would be greatly accepted. I am ex Viet Nam veteran as well under the care of the VA here locally. On a dozen pills daily for high blood pressure and stress etc. Wonder why? Yea right!

Then think if this was happening to you and if would go on fighting when your placed in a position to having maybe finally learning to steal your property after being told even by bad thugs and even a local newspaper being told that there going to force me to sell or they will take the property that I worked for all my life! Think how you would feel wanting to fight scum as we are now days with everyone.
It’s a sad feeling to fight when your right and see no one will help as they don’t want to get in the same situation.

State Sponsored Terrorists kidnapped my daughter (Berryville)
State Sponsored terrorists kidnapped my daughter and held her for ransom on Thursday June 23, 2016. That’s what the Department of Human Services in this State are, State sponsored, government funded terrorists. What reason did they have to detain my daughter you ask? An “unsafe home” without offering specifics. Yes, I had animal urine on my kitchen floor, a small pile of dog feces in an adjacent room, my wife and I both work; it happens A sink full of dishes, oh yeah there is something that never happens in an average American household. A doctored drug test and no probable cause. This is the new America. Nationwide children are kidnapped every day for no good reason. I am not about to sit here and defend child neglect and legitimate child abuse and the like, but for the love of god, my wife and I do not use drugs, do not use alcohol, do not smoke cigarettes and have four dogs and one cat. Child Protective Services in Arkansas saw fit to come into my house under duress, without my consent and victimize my complete family. I went to work today Saturday June 25, 2016 and ya know what? I had to leave early. I cannot focus, they took the breath from my lungs, they took the heart from my chest and they took away the only reason I have for going to work. Earn money to support my daughter and now that these terrorists have my daughter and have placed her with a foreign family albeit temporarily that have no idea what she likes, when she eats, have no idea about anything about her, what reason do I have to go to work? My motivation to work is gone. Yes,. It looks bad if I get fired but ya know what? I can get another job, there are other jobs out there, my daughter is mine and there will never be another like her. The smell of ammonia and a dirty home are enough to have your child ripped from your arms these days? Absolute, hogwash. Once this case is over, I will move so far away from Arkansas to a State where nobody has ever heard of me it won’t even be funny. If ISIS does attack this State, I hope it starts with DHS. It would be no different than Al Qaeda attacking ISIS, a terrorist organization attacking a terrorist organization.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310: grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049: assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921: allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA’s Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA’s role as a “new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis.” FEMA’s powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate the…
National Security Act of 1947: allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.
1950 Defense Production Act: gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.
Act of August 29, 1916: authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.
International Emergency Economic Powers Act: enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

Halawa Heights area – Crematory facility located in hills above city. Area is marked as a state department of health laboratory. Barbers Point NAS – There are several military areas that could be equipped for detention / deportation. Honolulu – Detention transfer facility at the Honolulu airport similar in construction to the one in.Oklahoma (pentagon-shaped building where airplanes can taxi up to).
IDAHO
Minidoka/Jerome Counties – WWII Japanese-American internment facility possibly under renovation. Clearwater National Forest – Near Lolo Pass – Just miles from the Montana state line near Moose Creek, this unmanned facility is reported to have a nearby airfield. Wilderness areas – Possible location. No data.
ILLINOIS
Marseilles – Located on the Illinois River off Interstate 80 on Hwy 6. It is a relatively small facility with a cap of 1400 prisoners. Though it is small it is designed like prison facilities with barred windows, but the real smoking gun is the presence of military vehicles. Being located on the Illinois River it is possible that prisoners will be brought in by water as well as by road and air. This facility is approximately 75 miles west of Chicago. National Guard training area nearby. Scott AFB – Barbed wire prisoner enclosure reported to exist just off-base. More info needed, as another facility on-base is beieved to exist. Pekin – This Federal satellite prison camp is also on the Illinois River, just south of Peoria. It supplements the federal penitentiary in Marion, which is equipped to handle additional population outside on the grounds. Chanute AFB – Rantoul, near Champaign/Urbana – This closed base had WWII – era barracks that were condemned and torn down, but the medical facility was upgraded and additional fencing put up in the area. More info needed. Marion – Federal Penitentiary and satellite prison camp inside Crab Orchard Nat’l Wildlife Refuge. Manned, staffed, populated fully. Greenfield – Two federal correctional “satellite prison camps” serving Marion – populated as above. Shawnee National Forest – Pope County – This area has seen heavy traffic of foreign military equipment and troops via Illinois Central Railroad, which runs through the area. Suspected location is unknown, but may be close to Vienna and Shawnee correctional centers, located 6 mi. west of Dixon Springs. Savanna Army Depot – NW area of state on Mississippi River. Lincoln, Sheridan, Menard, Pontiac, Galesburg – State prison facilities equipped for major expansion and close or adjacent to highways & railroad tracks. Kankakee – Abandoned industrial area on west side of town (Rt.17 & Main) designated as FEMA detention site. Equipped with water tower, incinerator, a small train yard behind it and the rear of the facility is surrounded by barbed wire facing inwards.
INDIANA
Indianapolis / Marion County – Amtrak railcar repair facility (closed); controversial site of a major alleged detention / processing center. Although some sources state that this site is a “red herring”, photographic and video evidence suggests otherwise. This large facility contains large 3-4 inch gas mains to large furnaces (crematoria??), helicopter landing pads, railheads for prisoners, Red/Blue/Green zones for classifying/processing incoming personnel, one-way turnstiles, barracks, towers, high fences with razor wire, etc. Personnel with government clearance who are friendly to the patriot movement took a guided tour of the facility to confirm this site. This site is located next to a closed refrigeration plant facility. Ft. Benjamin Harrison – Located in the northeast part of Indianapolis, this base has been decomissioned from “active” use but portions are still ideally converted to hold detainees. Helicopter landing areas still exist for prisoners to be brought in by air, land & rail. Crown Point – Across street from county jail, former hospital. One wing presently being used for county work-release program, 80% of facility still unused. Possible FEMA detention center or holding facility. Camp Atterbury – Facility is converted to hold prisoners and boasts two active compounds presently configured for minumum security detainees. Located just west of Interstate 65 near Edinburgh, south of Indianapolis. Terre Haute – Federal Correctional Institution, Satellite prison camp and death facility. Equipped with crematoria reported to have a capacity of 3,000 people a day. FEMA designated facility located here. Fort Wayne – This city located in Northeast Indiana has a FEMA designated detention facility, accessible by air, road and nearby rail. Kingsbury – This “closed” military base is adjacent to a state fish & wildlife preserve. Part of the base is converted to an industrial park, but the southern portion of this property is still used. It is bordered on the south by railroad, and is staffed with some foreign-speaking UN troops. A local police officer who was hunting and camping close to the base in the game preserve was accosted, roughed up, and warned by the English-speaking unit commander to stay away from the area. It was suggested to the officer that the welfare of his family would depend on his “silence”. Located just southeast of LaPorte. Jasper-Pulaski Wildlife Area – Youth Corrections farm located here. Facility is “closed”, but is still staffed and being “renovated”. Total capacity unknown. Grissom AFB – This closed airbase still handles a lot of traffic, and has a “state-owned” prison compound on the southern part of the facility.

. Jefferson Proving Grounds – Southern Indiana – This facility was an active base with test firing occuring daily. Portions of the base have been opened to create an industrial park, but other areas are still highly restricted. A camp is believed to be located “downrange”. Facility is equipped with an airfield and has a nearby rail line. Newport – Army Depot – VX nerve gas storage facility. Secret meetings were held here in 1998 regarding the addition of the Kankakee River watershed to the Heritage Rivers Initiative. Hammond – large enclosure identified in FEMA-designated city.

Sand Point Naval Station – Seattle – FEMA detention center used actively during the 1999 WTO protests to classify prisoners.

OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES
There are many other locations not listed above that are worthy of consideration as a possible detention camp site, but due to space limitations and the time needed to verify, could not be included here. Virtually all military reservations, posts, bases, stations, & depots can be considered highly suspect (because it is “federal” land). Also fitting this category are “Regional Airports” and “International Airports” which also fall under federal jurisdiction and have limited-access areas. Mental hospitals, closed hospitals & nursing homes, closed military bases, wildlife refuges, state prisons, toxic waste dumps, hotels and other areas all have varying degrees of potential for being a detention camp area. The likelihood of a site being suspect increases with transportation access to the site, including airports/airstrips, railheads, navigable waterways & ports, interstate and US highways. Some facilities are “disguised” as industrial or commercial properties, camouflaged or even wholly contained inside large buildings (Indianapolis) or factories. Many inner-city buildings left vacant during the de-industrialization of America have been quietly acquired and held, sometimes retrofitted for their new uses.

Our Canadian friends tell us that virtually all Canadian military bases, especially those north of the 50th Parallel, are all set up with concentration camps. Not even half of these can be listed, but here are a few sites with the massive land space to handle any population:

I can almost feel the passion from here. I think if we were to have a dialog face to face we’d only end up agreeing to disagree respectfully. I do respect your ideas.
Still, it’s interesting to me that you equate the idea of a world in peace as a communist utopia. Please don’t be condescending and tell me to do my research, because I’m very well read and completely understand the dangers of communism(the first and foremost being that our basest natures as humans make the philosophy of communism as impossible as total equilibrium). I don’t even nessacarily understand the immediate jump to the idea of communism–I never said we shouldn’t compete. Competition spurred some of the greatest developments, but we still all have cars and we still all have electricity in our homes. The computer or phone you create your rebuttals through probably say made in China on the inside. We’re all better for it, and not because we’ve built high walls around ourselves but because we compete to advance.
You say science is my god. I say, what does it matter? Believe what you want to believe, as long as it doesn’t impede our progress as a society technologically so that we can make it off this rock someday. I said that already. If that makes “science my god”, fine. But, and this is me at my most aggressive, if your God refined the ideAs of hundreds of years of observation to understand and predict the nature of physics in order to build the nuclear plant that sends the electricity through wires made of material mined from the earth through refining processes into a generator developed by an understanding of the nature of atoms into your home so that your fucking COMPUTER, which, by the way is not magic, turns on so that you can, in turn, use the INTERNET to post aggressive rebuttals to a person who literally has tried to be nothing but pleasant to you, well listen, if my so called “God” does that, then yeah, that’s my god.

Why Do People Take Drugs…
People take drugs because they want to change something in their lives.
Here are some reasons why people take drugs.
To fit in. They think drugs are a solution. But,
To act as grown up. soon the drugs become the problem.
To escape or relax. As hard as that daily problem may be
To rebel. Drugs will make it much worst as well
To escape problems of life. ruin your life and health! The truth is
To Feel sorry for themselves. face your problems and deal with
To experiment. with them, without DRUGS!

My daughter was born in March at 7 lbs, my wife wanted to breastfeed so she did or thought she was for about a month, until my daughter’s first checkup where we discovered that 1. My wife could not produce adequate amounts of breast milk and 2. My daughter had dropped a full 2 lbs from her birth weight. Needless to say, the Gestapo known as Arkansas DHS got involved and immediately began treating us like criminals. We switched to formula only and of course, now she is over 11 lbs. The cunt that investigated told the home health aides that were ordered to inconvenience us twice a week that they were thrilled with her progress in gaining weight. Today, I come home and find another bitch’s card from DHS, she informs me that she is the protective case worker for my daughter because due to the investigation that found us guilty of malnutrition (even though our own doctor disputed that allegation) has now closed and a new one opened with a case worker for my daughter. This bitch is going to come in, further inconvenience us, judge our house, judge our parenting abilities, scrutinize every detail and all the while, a meth head and an alcoholic will beat their child tonight. Another child gets molested but no, we get investigated because they were not satisfied with the evidence they gathered because it was not enough to remove our daughter from our home??!!! Let’s be honest here, these Nazi motherfuckers get paid for every baby they take and they get a commission for putting them up for adoption so that is what they want to do. The Arkansas DHS could give a fuck less about our parenting abilities, they are going to go on a fishing expedition to find anything to take her away. Little do these motherfuckers know that I am lawyering up and will turn heaven into hell selling my assets dragging these mother fuckers through the mud and when my wife and I are found innocent and these cock sucking motherfuckers are out of our lives, we will leave this Nazi State forever. This criminal enterprise needs to be monitored by the Arkansas Attorney Generals office, they are guilty of legal kidnapping, serial slander and libel and running a pay for play scheme.

So, sad to see what America wishes to support over a once Christian Nation! Both Christianity and Islam are offshoots of Judaism. From Judaism, Christianity and Islam derived the doctrines of monotheism, prophecy, resurrection, and a belief in the existence of heaven and hell.
Both Islam and Christianity have a holy book. Christians consider the Bible the inspired word of God. But Muslims believe that the Koran is the literal word of God. Mohammed was merely transcribing the words of Allah, much as a court reporter does. Muslims therefore attribute greater spiritual authenticity to the Koran and Islam than to the Bible and Christianity.
Christianity is focused on forgiveness, charity, and mercy, with a side dressing of apocalyptic visions, Hell, and the wrath of God. But Islam is centered on justice and the destruction of unbelievers. Allah is merciful — but not to infidels. The early history of Christianity is one of persecution and martyrdom. Jesus himself submitted to crucifixion. In contrast, Islam was not born in submission and earnest entreaty, but in warfare against the enemies of Allah.
Consider how Jesus and Mohammed handled what was essentially the same problem. A woman who had committed adultery was brought before Jesus for judgment. As she had been caught in the very act, there was no question of her guilt. The sentence dictated by Mosaic Law was death by stoning, but Jesus showed mercy. He said, “He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.” Embarrassed, the woman’s accusers dropped their rocks and walked away. Jesus told the woman to go home and repent. But when a man and a woman who had committed adultery (with each other) were brought before Mohammed, he exclaimed, “Stone them,” and the pair was executed.
We know more about Mohammed than Jesus because the latter was recognized during his lifetime as the founder of Islam. Thus, there were contemporary biographies and written records. In contrast, no one recognized Jesus as an important person in his own lifetime. Even as late as fifty years after his death, Jesus remained nearly a complete unknown to the Mediterranean world. Our primary sources for the life and teachings of Jesus are the Gospels. And the Gospels were never intended to be objective historical documents. They were written to proselytize. The author of John explains that “these are written so that you may believe.”
In the West, religion is largely treated as a matter of conscience, and there is a tradition of freedom of religion. But Islam is a way of life, not just a personal belief. Individual behavior is specified in the Koran. Gambling and the consumption of both pork and alcohol are forbidden. Slavery is allowed, but slave owners are admonished to treat their servants well. Fornication is punishable by scourging. To allow individual transgressions would undermine the moral fabric that binds Islamic societies together.
Perhaps no aspect of Islam is more misunderstood by Western Christians than its role in government. Jesus began a tradition of divorcing Christianity from secular government by declaring that people should not confuse secular and spiritual obligations. “Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s.” Jesus also said, “My kingdom is not of this world.”
